In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "x7777", "we", "us", "our" refers to the x7777 platform, its operators, affiliates, and licensors operating the website accessible at x7777.games.
• "Platform" means the x7777 website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, application, or related service made available by x7777 to registered users.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the x7777 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a User on the x7777 Platform after successful completion of the registration and verification process.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency in which x7777 denominated account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are processed.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any sum of PKR staked by a User on any game, sporting event, or other outcome made available on the x7777 Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, deposit match bonus, or other non-cash incentive credited to a User's x7777 Account by x7777 under a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedure required by x7777 before a User may make withdrawals or access full account functionality.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as amended by x7777 from time to time.

Access to and use of the x7777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained on a continuing basis throughout the User's engagement with x7777:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an active x7777 Account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gaming or sports betting services is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not already hold an existing x7777 Account. x7777 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at x7777's discretion, and associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be an employee, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of x7777 or any of its affiliated entities, unless explicit written permission has been granted by x7777 management.

By completing the x7777 registration process, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the eligibility criteria set out in this section and that the information you have provided is accurate and complete in all material respects.

Each User may hold only one registered Account on the x7777 Platform at any time. The following rules govern the operation and management of your x7777 Account:

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

x7777 requires all Users to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal request or before the Account reaches certain deposit thresholds. Verification requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued photo identification. x7777 aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x7777 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) codes issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Never share your x7777 Account password with any other person;
• Never allow any other person to access or use your x7777 Account;
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;

3.3 Account Statements

A full transaction history, including all deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonus credits, is available to you at all times via the Account section of the x7777 Platform. You are encouraged to review your transaction history regularly and to report any discrepancies to x7777 support within 30 days of the relevant transaction date.

All financial transactions on x7777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x7777 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT (Tether), and Bitcoin (BTC).

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your x7777 Account balance within 30 seconds of successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to 2 business hours to reflect in your Account balance.
• x7777 does not impose a deposit processing fee. However, your payment service provider (e.g., your mobile network operator or bank) may apply their own transaction charges.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. x7777 does not accept third-party deposits.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit on your x7777 Account.
• Before any withdrawal can be processed, your x7777 Account must have completed KYC verification.
• x7777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. x7777 will notify the User of any such delay.
• Any active Bonus Funds balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirements will not form part of a withdrawal request and will remain subject to the relevant bonus terms.
• x7777 reserves the right to reverse or delay a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, match-fixing involvement, or breach of these Terms.

x7777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Users. All bonuses are governed by the general terms set out in this section and by any additional specific terms communicated at the time of each individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn from your x7777 Account.

• Abuse Prevention: x7777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, reverse any associated winnings, and suspend or close an Account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting with other accounts, hedging of bonus bets, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.

All bets and wagers placed on the x7777 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. General betting and gaming rules applicable across all x7777 products are set out below:

• A wager is final and binding once confirmed by x7777's systems. Users acknowledge that it is their responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming placement.
• x7777 reserves the right to void any wager where there is evidence of a pricing error, data feed error, or manifest mistake. In such cases, the wager stake will be returned to the User's Account balance.
• All live casino games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or real-time live dealer video streams. Game results are final and binding upon display or dealer declaration.
• x7777 sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds at which a bet is confirmed are the odds applicable to that wager, regardless of subsequent market movements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x7777 Platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account and forfeiture of any Account balance:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any subsequent communication with x7777;
• Registering more than one Account on x7777, whether under your own identity or any other identity;
• Accessing or attempting to access x7777 using a VPN, proxy server, or other means of IP masking for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or promotional eligibility rules;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, complete bonus wagering requirements, or otherwise interact with the x7777 Platform;
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or arrangement intended to influence the outcome of any sporting event listed on x7777;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors on the Platform for financial gain;
• Using the x7777 Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing x7777 employees, support staff, or other Users.

All content on the x7777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of x7777 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the x7777 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the x7777 Platform without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the x7777 Platform;
• Use x7777's brand name, logo, trademarks, or trade dress in any manner without express written authorisation;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the x7777 Platform on any third-party website or application.

Any unauthorised use of x7777's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

x7777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and x7777. By registering on the x7777 Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x7777 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the x7777 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or expected winnings;
• Loss of data or Account content;
• Service interruptions, outages, or technical errors beyond x7777's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment service providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking institution.

x7777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your x7777 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude x7777's liability for death or personal injury caused by x7777's negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter in respect of which liability cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Either party may terminate the agreement constituted by these Terms at any time. The following termination provisions apply:

12.1 Termination by User

You may close your x7777 Account at any time by contacting x7777 customer support. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance from your Account. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure. x7777 will process closure requests within 5 business days of receiving a complete closure request.

12.2 Termination by x7777

x7777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to provide satisfactory documentation during KYC verification;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Underage gambling or provision of false age information;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to x7777's dormant account policy.

Where x7777 terminates an Account due to User breach, any real-money balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited at x7777's discretion, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which x7777 holds its international gaming licence.

Any dispute arising between you and x7777 that cannot be resolved through x7777's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The language of any arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section prevents x7777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

x7777 reserves the right to revise and update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, x7777 will endeavour to notify registered Users by posting a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the x7777 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the x7777 Platform immediately and contact support to close your Account.
